This study reports on the results of surveys conducted amongst academies that are members of the InterAcademy Partnership (IAP) and the International Science Council (ISC), as well as amongst international disciplinary unions and associations members of the ISC which have not previously been surveyed, to ascertain inclusion and participation of women scientists.

A new publication from GenderInSITE, with a focus on Africa and Latin America, reports on how the use of digital technologies is not gender neutral. More attention is needed towards women’s appropriation of digital technologies for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and a reduction of gender inequalities.
