GenderInSITE will be present at the second Global Forum on Women in Scientific Research (GoFoWiSeR) to be held in Dakar, Senegal on 18 July 2019. Roseanne Diab will deliver a presentation titled “Pathways to Success”, drawing on key messages contained in the recently published report “Pathways to Success: Bringing a Gender Lens to the Scientific Leadership of Global Challenges”. GoFoWiSeR is a platform that aims to assemble various players who are working towards improving the numbers and experience of women in scientific research. The workshop in Dakar will be jointly hosted by AWARD (African Women in Agricultural Research and Development) and the South African National Research Foundation (NRF).
